Jr Java Developer: Pune

  • 2+ years of Deep and hands-on experience with Java (Core), Spring framework
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Jquery and other web stack components
  • Sound Knowledge of Git, CI/ CD, and other SDLC processes
  • Passionate about design, obsession with delightful user experience
  • Working knowledge of XML and Web Services
  • Self learner and outcome oriented
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while holding a high level of responsibility to ensure timelines are met accordingly

Mid-Senior Java Developer: Pune

  • 4+ years of software development experience
  • Deep and hands-on experience with Java (Core), Spring framework
  • Working knowledge of React will be added advantage
  • Hands-on experience designing and building RESTful APIs
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Jquery and other web stack components
  • Working knowledge of AWS services like EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM

Sr Java Developer: Pune

  • 6+ years of software development experience
  • Deep and hands-on experience with Java (Core), Spring framework
  • Hands-on experience with either Angular, React or VueJS
  • Hands-on experience designing and building RESTful APIs
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Jquery and other web stack components
  • Working knowledge of AWS services like EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM

Sales & Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibility

  • Your goal is to exceed your sales targets through stakeholder mapping, prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities
  • Build, develop and manage a constant qualified lead pipeline through a structured approach to a large number of potential customers via the e-mail, telephone channels, social media and face to face meetings.
  • Getting creative with writing emails and grabbing the attention of prospects.
  • Arouse the interest of customers, cultivate relationships with executive level decision-makers and strive to become a trusted advisor and a partner.
  • Articulate Kapittx value proposition clearly and effectively.
  • Quickly learn and present Kapittx products in collaboration with Product and Presales
  • Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Kapittx Pre-Sales and Support teams
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasting
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
  • Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care
  • Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts as and when required

  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in the Kapittx mission. Able to go beyond relationship management.
  • Experience selling in B2B business with IT services or software products to enterprise customers as preference.
  • Engineer / MBA with 2- 3 years of experience who showed consistent over achievement of sales goals.
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • Fluent in English, another local language proficiency is a plus
